Yeah, people think that Grandpère holds grudges but he really doesn't. Ex-players have criticized him before but he doesn't really care and has already moved on. Even someone like Cesc, who left us in the worst way possible, I doubt he holds a grudge against him for joining Chelsea (even if we fans do). He said it clearly: we didn't need him, so we didn't buy him.
