I can see what he means with the "headphones on during interviews" bit but the rest...of all things to fret about eh Paul Ince?
We should all, as a managers' union, come together and stop all this. It's getting ridiculous I'm afraid. Something is getting ridiculous at least, I think we can all agree on that.
