My thoughts exactly. This is just to scare NESV somehow into a proposed bidding war.
The paperwork is all ready to be filed to the Premier League who have also already announced it's approval of the sale to NESV. This is just Hicks clinging on if the courts agree with him tomorrow.

Am I missing anything? It seems like everything's looking up. I'd rather have NESV, but I'm not opposed to a crazy billionaire splashing cash right now - we need good world class players.
