Megson sacked by Bolton

AFTER TWO YEARS IN CHARGE, GARY MEGSON HAS BEEN SACKED BY BOLTON.


Megson was booed last night at the hull match and claimed that the fans' negativity was affecting their performance.

Bolton's Statement-  "The decision has been taken in light of the position the club finds itself at the halfway point of the season." 

Bolton are currently placed third from the bottom and are within the relegation zone. Perhaps making this move before transfer season could work in bolton's favour. 

Megson is now the third manager to be sacked so far this season. He now joins Portsmouth's Paul hart and Manchester City's Mark Hughes in their Lonely man club.

He had it coming, in the past month, I think his team went from winning a match to someone dropping big points a bit too frequently. Can't afford to do that when you're in a scrap. The fans have never liked him either and yeah no surprise. Hughes will probably take over Bolton..he's from that area anyways and it'll be like him back at Blackburn.
